How to Lose Weight in just 4 Weeks

 Fasting

Fasting is nothing new, we can show you how to do it safely and without feeling hungry. We use juice fasting in some patients, but the Weight Loss Program is developed in conjunction with the patient.

Fasting improves all body organs and in chronic conditions, the results are better, where other methods have failed. Fasting is known to treat degenerative diseases.

Weight loss is eminent as body eliminates all toxins and diseased tissue is metabolised as the source of energy. Fasting energizes the body and sharpens the mind.

This method is so effective that it might be the best thing you will do for you body in the whole year!

It has been used in ancient times by  Hippocrates, Plato then Paracelsus and Gandhi. The rewards and benefits  of fasting are enormous. Fasting is one of the most effective methods in the treatment of the liver and the gallbladder and general body rejuvenation. Fasting allows the rest for digestive and elimination systems. Total fasting however, being the most effective for some may be difficult to comply with. Therefore the next best method for detoxification is juice fasting.  Juices have to be freshly made each time as they oxidise, but do not buy any juicer.  If you do not have a juicer we will advise you of the best options.

Juicing is not suitable for diabetics and individuals with large kidney stones. This is why you should never detoxify the liver on your own and unless you clean the gut first. This is best done through practitioner recommended methods. You also never mix fruits and vegetable juices.

The day before juice fasting a bowel purge is required.

Anyone embarking on the liver detoxification needs to prepare physically, mentally and emotionally. You need to be motivated to do this. So clearly defined  goal is essential.eg “I must regain the quality of my life now”.  You need  be focused on that goal during the whole process.

Timing is important. Spring to Summer is the best time to detoxify but also your level of stress, life commitments needs to be considered.  Understanding the basic physiology of the digestive system helps tremendously. This will help you to stay focused and do not cheat. I will guide you every step of the way. It is good to do this with the whole family to motivate each other.

Below is just one of many options in our tailored Weight Loss Program and please remember you are taking  an active part in  developing your Weigh Loss Program

STEP 1: Elimination of meat from diet

Eliminate all animal products for at least one week followed by a 10 days gut cleansing. There are many ways to do that, but I prefer the method of Russian MD Elena Sklianskaja. It is simple and very effective as it involves drinking delicious freshly made vegetable and fruit juices. Only the first day you may feel hungry then digestive system slows down and you will not feel hunger at all for the rest of the treatment.

STEP 2: Dissolving kidney stones

This will takes 7 days and it involves dissolving any kidney stones, if present. I use well proved and save scientific Russian method. This is why I never recommend to anyone to do juice fasting on your own.

STEP 3: Liver and Gallbladder Detox

Detoxification of liver and gallbladder with juicing. Few delicious options will be available to you. At this stage you will not feel hungry at all. It is important to stay outdoors a lot or go for a walk. Intense exercise is not recommended as body’s energy is directed towards the detoxification and you will not have the energy any way.

STEP 4: Re-introducing solids back into diet

Coming out of juice fasting. This should take as long as the whole fasting process. Correct procedure and specific food is required and you should not overeat as during fasting the stomach is rapidly shrinking. By the time you have completed the four stages of the Program (four weeks) you should have lost at least 5kg.

STEP 5: Weight maintainance

I will advise you of the most appropriate healthy lifestyle and diet. By this stage the stomach has shrunk, so small meals will suffice, you will not feel hungry and you will continue to lose weight effortlessly from now on.  Your body will feel  rejuvenated and you will feel brand new.
