This nutrient rich recipe is packet with proteins, fiber and healthy oils is an excellent guilt free delicious snack for children and adults.

Ingredients

10 large dates, chopped
Few pieces of crystallized ginger or chopped figs
1 cup mixed nuts chopped, I have used almond meal
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup Slim Me protein powder
1 table spoon organic cocoa
½ cup melted coconut oil

Mix all ingredients. It makes 40 small protein balls. You can modify this recipe by adding your favorite nuts or dried fruits. Store protein balls in a fridge in an airtight container.
